Cashew Chicken

I am making this for dinner. I found it on the net. I'll let you know how it tastes. The plan is to serve it with streamed broccoli and brown rice.

Cashew Chicken

¾ lb. boneless chicken breast

2 TBS oyster sauce

2 cups unsalted roasted cashews

¼ c. oil

8 green onions, cut int0 2-inch lengths

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1-5 whole dried red chile peppers

Thinly slice chicken. Heat oil in wok; add garlic and stir-fry until light brown. Add chicken and oyster sauce and cook for 4-6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add green onions, red chile peppers and cashews; mix well. Place lettuce leaves on a platter and top with chicken.
