Gluten Free Corn Bread Stuffing

Since being diagnosed 6 or so years ago with being allergic to gluten, I haven't made stuffing and boy have I missed it. For Thanksgiving I googled a GF stuffing recipe and found a winner! It was by far the best stuffing I've ever had. I think it was the toasted pecans that made it so good. The only change that I made to the recipe, was by omitting the eggs.
